Puppy Reservations

A reservation deposit allows a family to reserve consideration for a specific puppy or an available puppy from an upcoming litter, depending on availability and the stage of the puppy's development.

Because each puppy receives individualized care and we carefully match puppies with families, reservations help us plan appropriately for each puppy's transition to their new home.

Deposit Terms

All reservation deposits placed with Mastiff Kennel of America are:

• Non-refundable

• Transferable when applicable if circumstances change and another available puppy or future litter is a better fit.

• Applied toward the total puppy rehoming fee once a placement is finalized.

Pickup Date & Deposit Forfeiture

Once a puppy's pickup date has been mutually agreed upon, families are expected to complete their puppy's transition home within the agreed timeframe.

If a family delays pickup beyond the agreed-upon date without prior communication or approval from Mastiff Kennel of America, the reservation may be considered forfeited. Any deposit associated with that reservation may be retained to cover the additional care, planning, and availability commitment required to continue holding the puppy.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Families are encouraged to communicate with us as soon as possible so we can work together to determine the best solution.

Puppy Placement Process

Our goal is to create successful, lifelong matches between our puppies and their families. We take time to answer questions, provide education, and ensure families understand the commitment of owning an English Mastiff before bringing their puppy home.
