All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of live animal placements, all puppy purchases and rehoming fees are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and rehoming fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as specifically outlined in a signed purchase agreement.

Lifetime Breeder Commitment

Our responsibility to our puppies extends beyond the day they leave our home. If, at any point during your dog's life, you are no longer able to care for your English Mastiff, we ask that you contact us before pursuing other arrangements.

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to:

• Provide guidance and support.

• Assist in locating a suitable new home.

• Accept the dog back when space and circumstances permit.

Our goal is to ensure that every Mastiff Kennel of America puppy remains safe, well cared for, and responsibly placed throughout its lifetime.

Reservation Deposits

Reservation deposits are subject to the terms outlined in your Reservation Agreement or Purchase Agreement. Please review those documents carefully before placing a reservation.
